Noticed a mess of oil dripping down the side of my 2018 Volvo VNL with the D11 engine whenever I popped the hood during pre-trip. Pulled the turbo inlet boot and found it soaked in oil from a failing separator. Ordered this genuine replacement breather from Motorspares Direct. Swapped it out in about 45 minutes—bolt pattern and hose connections lined up perfectly with no modification needed. Ran a 1,200-mile regional run this week and the intake boot is bone dry. Saved me from a costly turbo seal scare!

We had a 2016 Mack Granite with an MP7 pushing oil out past the front cover seal and making a weird whistling noise under heavy load. Hooked up our manometer and found crankcase pressure way over spec. Pulled the original breather assembly and found the internal separator media completely coked up and restricted. Dropped this genuine 21679517 unit on, checked the oil drain-back hose for blockages, and fired it up. Manometer dropped right back into the green zone and the oil weeping stopped completely. Excellent OEM fitment.
